Rob joined Sprints in 2023 from Google, where he oversaw Google Cloud’s go-to-market strategy and operations for the digital industries in EMEA. He was previously COO at Investec, a global financial services group, where he led the transformation of its Corporate & Investment Banking division. 

Rob has deep roots in the European tech ecosystem. In 2001 he co-founded a credit derivatives software business which he helped grow into a global leader, before exiting to CME Group. An initial stint at Google was followed by executive roles at Bookatable, a venture-backed restaurant technology provider, and The Up Group, a talent advisory firm, where as co-CEO he led the company through significant revenue growth, global expansion and exit to private equity.
